CLC's lightweight bricks sometimes break smoothly suddenly, sometimes the shape is crookedly broken. This is because the foam bubbles have not been mixed evenly in the dough, thus giving boundaries between the doughs. And another reason is that sometimes the water input/pipe tube to fill the mixer tube/dough tube is not tightly closed. So that when the process is mixed with foam/foam bubbles from the generator with the cement-sand and limestone mixture, there is still water coming in. So that the foam does not want to blend with the cement, sand and lime mixture. Because of the nature of foam bubbles, if I meet water, I will float.
